11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Best Patenting Practices	How To Best Prepare, Draft and Prosecute Your Patent Applications A presentation on how to: Find unclaimed technology spaces and devise claiming strategies; Craft your claims for breadth and infringement detectability; Use figures liberally—include as many figures as needed to illustrate the invention; Craft a non-limiting specification; Timely cite known art; and Limit prosecution history by crafting fully thought-out response arguments.
